When we gather to elevate culture, strategy &/or purpose, we need to create (ideas, vision, solutions) much more than we need to consume (more information, slides, pre-determined ideas.) 3. Let's create the conditions for creation with an xchange approach, to unlock the wisdom that's already in the room and generate full engagement and greater follow-through.
